Diet as a way of life

You don't have to starve yourself, in order to lose weight. It seems, that most people think that diet is a parallel word for starvation. Well, that is not the case. We will give you a few tips for healthier eating and for loosing your weight without extra effort.

Eat more vegetables. You should try and eat at least 5 different vegetables a day, with 5 different colors. Each color has it's own unique benefit. When you eat more veg, you improve your immune system and you fill your body with anti-oxidants. It's the surest way to become healthier and slimmer.

Eat 2-3 fruits a day. Well, fruits are rich in fibers and vitamins. However, due to the high sugar level usually found in fruits, you need to look after your eating. It is best to eat 2-3 fruits a day. You should try and eat different kinds of fruits, for proper diet, since each one has it's own benefit.

Avoid from white flour. Yes, you should try and avoid it. Even though, you might think that it does not contain many calories, you should still avoid it. White flour is the industrial version of the whole wheat flour. In fact, our body is used to consume the whole wheat flour and it is much more healthier for you. Try it and feel the difference.
Keep your slat level down. You should try and eat less than 2 gram of salt a day. In our days, it's pretty hard. However, if you keep your diet carefully, it is certainly worth it.

Always Avoid Trans fat. This form of fat, has a direct damage to your arteries. You should keep in mind that every gram of trans fat you eat, gives more damage to your body. The trans fat remains in the body and slowly blocks the arteries. Avoid it and feel much better.
